Our New Brand
We are on the Move... After a massive successful two years providing our concept in 'Street Food' we are Expanding and growing our business, moving into Capital Cities around Scotland. We are currently looking for a new premises in the city of Edinburgh & Glasgow, to bring our award winning Authentic Shawarmas.
Our Menu
Our menu offers a carefully curated selection of Turkish / Greek Gyros Street food. Indulge in our Authentic Chicken Shawarma and Vegetarian Falafel, served on delicious soft flat Greek Bread with shredded red cabbage, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, Jalapenos, Spring Onion, Pomegranate and drizzled with our renowned sweet hot sauce, yoghurt & mint and garlic mayo sauces. We also provide gluten and dairy-free options. Additionally, complement your meal with our range of loaded Shawarma fries and refreshing cold drinks.
Our Story
Having previously opened a successful, busy Bistro in Leven, The Troff Bistro, we embarked on a new journey to share our food with Scotland by starting a luxury Refurbished Street Food Horse box. Over time, we have grown and expanded, but our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction has never wavered. From our converted horsebox, we serve a variety of delicious options including vegetarian street food, Halal shawarmas, and loaded fries. Our Menu can always be adapted to your preferences.
